About

finalist.cc is run by Our Landmen LLC.

Why it exists

Two quotes for the same job rarely price the same job. One names the paint and the coats; the other says “premium” and “as needed”. A homeowner who does not do this work every day cannot tell which lines are missing. finalist.cc reads the quote, or scopes the job before there is one, so the quotes you collect line up.

Who we work for

The person asking. We do not work for contractors, take payment from them for referrals, or send them your request.

Who runs it

Our Landmen LLC, a records and land services company. Reading a document line by line against a standard is the same work we do on title records.

Trade pages

Seven trade pages carry a scope checklist for their trade and send you here: customcarpentry.directory, housepainting.directory, interiorpainting.directory, lawnmowing.directory, localhandyman.directory, treetrimming.directory, pressurewash.directory. None publishes a contractor list.
